Swaged in leads
Terminal options: Swaged in leads -standard in all cartridge- Standard on all Cartridges. Lead wire is stranded for flexibility and long life and extends deep into a ceramic header to prevent shorting. TGGT insulation is a teflon inner sleeve with a glass wrap and glass overbraid to resist fraying. Insulation is rated  for 250ºC. Higher temperature (up to 450ºC) lead wire is available on special request. Please note that over 3" long there is a short unheated section where the leads connect to the power pins. Also remember that if the heater is insert in to the hole, the leads are exposed to the block temperature (maximum temperature for standard leads is 450ºC 850ºF ).
